The Essential Guinea Pig by Betsy Sikora Siino
For an all round, inexpensive general care book, this is a good buy. It covers most aspects of Guinea Pig care, including caging + diet. This would be a good book for Guinea Pig novices.
Proper Care of Guinea Pigs by Peter Guerney
This book is written by Peter Guerney, an English gentleman who has taken care of Guinea Pigs for many years. This book has many color photographs which helps in the depiction of ailments your piggies may suffer from, he also recommends treatments and advices on what products you can use to treat the more common / non life threatening conditions. A good book for piggie enthusiasts

 
Diseases of Domestic Guinea Pigs - (Library of Veterinary Practice) by V.C.G Richardson 
A superb, informative book for those interested in learning more about medical issues that can affect Guinea Pigs.
